Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, we collect what you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, company, and your message.

If you use our free website audit, we receive the website address you ask us to analyse. If you choose to have your results sent to you, or join a waiting list, we also collect the email address you enter. You can run an audit without giving us any personal details.

How we use it

We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, deliver your audit results, and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third-party marketing lists.

Services we rely on

We use a small number of trusted providers to run this site, and your data may be processed by them on our behalf:

• Vercel:website hosting and privacy-friendly, cookie-free visitor analytics.
• Supabase:secure storage of inquiry and audit-request details.
• Resend:sending us email notifications about your inquiry.
• Google PageSpeed Insights:when you run a website audit, the website address you enter is sent to Google so it can measure that site’s performance. No personal details are sent.
• Anthropic:the messages you send our site chat (the Concierge) are processed by Anthropic’s AI to generate a reply, and the conversation is stored so we can review it for quality and see whether it’s actually helping visitors. Only we can access it.

Cookies

We only use essential cookies. If you have an account, a secure sign-in cookie keeps you logged in between visits so you can reach your dashboard without signing in each time, and a small cookie remembers that you’ve seen our cookie notice. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and our analytics are cookie-free and only count anonymous page views — so there’s nothing here that follows you around the web.

Data retention

We retain inquiry data only as long as necessary to respond to you or fulfill a contractual engagement, after which it is securely deleted.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing inquiries@gethsdigital.company.
