How much does it cost to work with you?

Websites are a monthly subscription with a one-time setup fee, across three plans — Basic, Professional and Corporate. Every plan covers design, hosting, security and monthly edits, with no hidden extras. Prices are in East Caribbean dollars and are listed in full on the pricing page.

What size businesses do you work with?

Mostly small businesses across Saint Kitts and Nevis and the wider Caribbean that need real strategy without enterprise overhead. Larger organisations are welcome too, and the process is the same either way.

How fast can we get started?

Accepted Answer

Quickly. Most sites go live within days of getting started, and you get a realistic timeline on the first call once we know what you need.

Question 4

Do we need to sign a long contract?

Accepted Answer

No. Every plan is month-to-month with no long contract — cancel with 30 days' written notice whenever you like. If you do leave, your website stays up; the domain and hosting simply become yours to renew.

We don't have any marketing set up yet. Is that a problem?

Not at all — that is a common starting point. When you reach out we look at exactly that: what you already have, even if it is nothing, and how to build from there.

Does HS Digital Group do more than websites?

Websites are the core service, delivered end to end: design, build, hosting, security and ongoing changes. Plans also include tools that work alongside the site — an AI assistant that answers visitor questions and captures leads, automatic review requests, win-back email campaigns, and a check on whether AI assistants recommend your business when someone asks.
